Our legal services are billed hourly. For the initial consultation, the regular rate is reduced for the first hour. After the consultation, a retainer fee typically between $3,500 -$5,000 is required to engage the firm and begin representation. The amount of the initial retainer fee required may exceed this estimated range depending on the specific circumstances of your case and will be discussed during the initial consultation.
